What is SVM's Holiday Return Policy?
Starting Wednesday 11/15/2023, we have an extended Return Policy for in-store and online purchases. You have until January 15, 2024 to return any online or in-store purchase. Any online order that requires a gift receipt must be noted in the memo box when checking out. The item(s) being returned must be accompanied by the gift receipt. We are unable to accept any exchanges or store credit returns without a receipt. Sale Items, Accessories, Handbags, Jewelry, Home Goods, Bodysuits and Leggings are FINAL SALE.
